Mean RMS of positions in both coordinates ranged from 0.02" for stars (8-12)m to 0.04" for the stars (13-16)m, the average RMS of the proper motions was about 0.005"/year in both coordinates. To compile the catalog, more than 6000 CCD frames from observations with the Mobitel (Mobile telescope) and an array of positions over 399 thousand stars (8-16)m with RMS of 0.019" in right ascension and 0.022" in declination were obtained. 2,100 scanned images of photographic plates were processed, and array of star positions was obtained at the the mean epoch of J1981.6. Over 195 thousand of the reference stars (6-14)m with a mean standard deviation of about 0.03" in both coordinates and 903 thousand of determined stars (9-16)m with a mean standard deviation 0.06" in both coordinates were obtained. The astronomical web services for catalogs with a large amount of data in accordance with the Simple Cone Search standard, adopted in International Virtual Observatory Alliance, were created for the first time in Ukraine.
