It was showing, that under effect of fipronil and dimethoat the energy for meabolic needs in carp liver tissue provide by glycolysis (anaerobic), whereas in gils - with both anaerobic and aerobic processes. Basing on obtained results the toxicity of fipronil and dimethoat for fish and daphnia has been assessed. The recomendations for revealing of water contamination by organochlorine substances using biochemical indexes of fish have been proposed.
