Purpose - to develop the theoretical foundations of designing energy-saving information devices based on single-chip multi-port active semiconductor structures used as multiparameter generalized immittance converters through the creation of the theory of multi immittance.The study used methods based on: the theory of complex numbers, matrix theory to calculate the electronic circuit design techniques schemes for constructing mathematical models, stability theory to determine the conditions of stability based on dynamic negatron, sensitivity theory to determine the sensitivity characteristics of information devices to change the parameters of the circuit elements . Computer modeling was performed using the software package MathCad, MatLab, MicroCap, OrCad PSpice, Microwave Office.The paper obtained the following main results:1. Analysed known methods and measurement parameters of multi-ports. The analysis showed that the measurement parameters of active N-ports and multiparameter converters on the basis of their need to develop new methods that take into account their potential instability and multi-port. 2. The methods and means of measurement of single-chip active N-ports and multiparameter generalized converters based on them, taking into account their potential instability and multi-port and can improve the accuracy of measurement parameters by using a floating load. 3. The experimental results of multiparameter studies of generalized converters, which allowed an assessment of the adequacy of the developed mathematical models and methods of measurement of multi-potrs.
