Goal of the research is increasing of quality multifactor dependence identification under uncertainty due to a creation of new method for hybrid fuzzy models extraction from expert-experimental data. Methods of the research are systems approach, mathematic modeling, fuzzy sets theory, theory of identification, optimization techniques, and machine learning. Result of the research is method method for multivariate dependencies identification based on of joined usage of fuzzy knowledge bases with various types. This method is an interconnected union of: 1) the correct docking models of fuzzy knowledge bases of various types; 2) the inference algorithms for hybrid hierarchical fuzzy knowledge bases and for fuzzy knowledge bases with the rules of the various types; 3) multi-criteria states of structural and parametric identification problems based on hybrid fuzzy knowledge bases and algorithms for their solution. The method is checked on the basis of computer simulations for identification of test and real dependences. Application area is various R&D organizations, industrial enterprises, medical institutions, financial groups, military and governmental structures, which are interested in generalization of their observations under uncertainty and extraction the adequate, compact and understandable mathematical models of complex multi-factor dependences.
