The object of study: surgical diseases and anaesthetic supply. 997 patients with surgical diseases and anaesthetic supply (basic group) have been examined. 441 patients which have been treated by the traditional methods formed the control group. Experimental part of study was carried out on 24 animals. The objective of study is to develop scientifically grounded criteria of surgical treatment of patients under the conditions of in-patient short term hospital. The methods of study are following: clinical examination, blood analysis, electroencephalography, ultrasonic diagnostics, magnetic resonance tomography, computed tomography, medico-statistical analysis. The results. We found that treatment of patients in basic group using miniinvasive operations were marked by shorter length of in-patient hospital treatment, weaker pain syndrome, low complication level.
