Aim: Creation of integrated technology of advanved water purification from biological and organic contaminants by a combination of modern methods of destruction, disinfection and adsorption. Methods: adsorption; biofiltration, regeneration of activated carbon, ozonation and UV irradiation, microbiological investigations. The main results: There are identified the fungus in the water systems of the centralized water supply, micromycetes fixation on sand and carbon of filters. The efficiency of electro-coagulation and contact coagulation for enhanced water purification from micromycetes is investigated. The optimization of the plant unit of at the joint use of ozone and ultraviolet irradiation in the preparation of drinking water is done. The influence of organic load on filter, oxygen content and filtration conditions on efficiency of water purification from synthetic organic compounds are defined, the parameters of the biofilm washout from BAC at filtration of aromatic compounds and tap water is studied. The quantitative characteristics of biofilms on BAC and its biochemical properties are carried out. A regeneration of activated carbon after a enhanced purification of tap water is investigated. An adsorption unit for high-quality drinking water are developed and tested, specifications for the use of activated carbon for the adsorption unit installation for high-quality drinking water are done. Unit of disinfection at obtaining of high-quality drinking water is developed; specifications for the installation of disinfection is done.
