The first solution concerns the idea of flue gas waste heat recovery before it comes to tube driers. In this case the heat is recovered in water and steam power plant where the heat is transformed into electrical and thermal power. The second one has to do with the idea of the following flue gas waste heat recovery but after it leaves the tube driers. In this case the waste heat is recovered also transformed into electrical and thermal power but by means of a power plant working on low-boiling working fluids. The mathematical models of tube driers and waste heat recovery power plant thermal conditions have been developed. The high energy and economic efficiency of the proposed technical solutions justified by mathematical modeling has been proved. Benefit gained from the technical solutions amounts to 15,800,000 and 5,340,000 UAH per year and payback time found to be 2.7 and 3.5 years Product Description popup.authors
