Scientific novelty of the study is in solving the fundamental problem of con-structing a model of socio-oriented corporation, which is operating under specific economic environment conditions in Ukraine and is based on the novel theory of corporate governance "corporate citizenship". Some results of the research (such as factors of corporate governance mixed model formation in Ukraine, new approach to corporate management - shared value creation management, guidelines for cal-culation of new indicators "CSR-maturity" and "CSR-sensitivity" of consumers) may be considered as significant contribution the theory of corporate governance. The results of the research were used for the preparation of 2 monographs, 2 textbooks approved by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, scientific papers "Strategy of sustainable development of the chemical industry of Ukraine". Results of the research were also used for the following: one thesis de-fended, one prepared doctoral thesis and one prepared PhD thesis, 29 scientific ar-ticles published in Ukraine, and 11 articles published in international scientific is-sues, from them 10 - in proceedings of four international conferences in which sci-entists personally participated, 29 abstracts published in proceedings of 15 scien-tific conferences that took place in Ukraine (international and national). The au-thors got 6 certificates of registration of copyright. Under research was prepared "The Concept of development of corporate governance institutions of socially-oriented corporation in Ukraine" with proposals to change existing law regulations and procedures, and also 4 guidelines. Guide-lines were sent to the State Agency of Ukraine for state corporate rights and prop-erty, the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the State Employment Service of Ukraine. The study results were implemented at 8 enterprises and education pro-cess of Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University and Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.
