The characteristics of the transformation and the dynamic properties of amperometric channel in all measuring ranges were researched. The working modes of a potentiostat with using different types of electrode systems were optimized. The interrelation of the sensitivity of the channel with the electrical characteristics of the electrode systems was defined. A new design and manufacturing technology of a planar electrode systems were developed, their pilot batch was made and investigated metrological characteristics. The experimental batch of devices was manufactured and tested in the real conditions of potential users. The methods of measurement and calibration of measurement system were worked out.
