Conductometric transducer consists of a pair of thin-film interdigital electrodes on an insulating support. The changes of the electrical characteristics of such transducers under using were investigated. The peculiarities of transfer function of the conductometric channel which are related to the effects of instability non-informative parameters of such converters were defined. The new structural and algorithmic methods were proposed, implemented and experimentally tested for eliminating this effect through automatic compensation uninformative part of the measurement signal. The schemes of devices with the diagnostics of a sensor directly in the measurement process were designed. The party of thin - film planar differential sensor with electrodes of nickel and stainless steel were designed and manufactured by advanced technology, what have improved their characteristics. Technical documentation for the conductometric biosensor systems was made and experimental party of the instruments was communicated to the pilot operation. Perfected methodics of measurement and calibration instruments were created and full-scale testing facilities was running. Applications of the created instruments - food production, agriculture, environmental monitoring and scientific research.
