The models and tools for support of decision-making for participants of power exchange are developed. They increase the efficiency of selection and formation of bids and offers for the different modes of operation of power plants, as well as they take into account the network constraints of the electric power transmission in the Ukrainian power system when power exchange is functioning. The obtained results allow to increase the efficiency of implementation of BCBM of Ukraine, to identify the final model and to simulate separately the market segments. The results of the research applied in the development of normative documents that describe the features of the functioning of certain electricity market segments, and the simulation of auctions results for buying and selling electricity.
