It was demonstrated that an innovation is a central category that joins them. It was demonstrated that normative model of innovative human being should be a certain guide towards education-raring activities and should anticipate several types, because some individual syndromes responsible for person’s existence in innovative conditions, others - for readiness to innovative activities, and for independent production of innovations. It was concluded that it’s too early to talk about the universal system of ethnometric coordinates to evaluate effect of mental factors on innovative development of society, and to create an innovative person model. The mental dimensions of innovative culture that should become a ground for development of a national model of innovative person were defined. These dimensions are individualism, acceptance of power disproportion in society, tolerance to uncertainty.
