Were defined the excitons diffusion coefficients for both J-aggregates types, formed in water solutions and polymer membranes. It was established that in water solutions the excitons diffusion coefficient in J-aggregates PIC is far less upon the value, than in J-aggregates amphi-PIC. It is shown that the parameters of exciton transport and luminescent characteristics in J-aggreagates, formed in the polymer membranes, are similar for both aggregate types.
