The purpose of operation – development of compositions of bariumconteining sulfoferite cements which possess high indicators of construction and technical and radiating and protective properties, and also lack of a shrinkage and expansion when hardening. Research techniques - physicomechanical and construction and technical properties of cement defined, both in small samples, and according to operating state standards. Processing of experimental data was carried out by means of methods of experimental and statistical modeling. Laboratory researches on radiating resistance of experimental samples of a cement stone were executed at physic-technical faculty of Institute of high technologies of the Kharkov national university of a name of V. N. Karazin on the linear accelerator. It is established that at a with cement application of bariumconteining sulfoferite klinker the moderate size of linear expansion and high durability is observed at compression therefore such cements can be used as independent knitting materials, and in composition with a portlandcement klinker and plaster a stone. Radiating tests of the developed cements showed their high resistance which gives the chance to use the received knitting materials for a construction of local and global types of protection of sources of ionizing radiation.
