The aim of research is definition by methods of a natural experiment of optimum requirements of heat-insulating filler manufacture from different raw materials; development of solutions on redesign of existing perlite manufacture and design of the microballoons manufacture and the detail design of the technological line. During experiments regime parameters of production of a raw material (perlite) from the different origin, for deriving a yield as microballoons with different characteristics are fixed. Decision on redesignof an existing line of expanded perlite manufacture of are developed. The application for a unit for heat treatment of mineral materials composed and introduced in Ukrpatent. Development of the working designer documentation on trial installation for manufacture of microballoons is carried out. The detail design of the technological line for manufacture of a heat-insulating filler as the hollow microballoons with the following technical datas is developed.
