Their implementation has not led to the desired aim: constitution of the United autocephalous Orthodox Church, recognized by the Universal Orthodoxy. However the considerable minimization of conflicts between the Orthodox Churches was achieved. This research is a theoretical ground for the adjustment of the state policy in religious domain.
