The object of study is corruption in customs agencies such as social and legal phenomenon, its manifestations and trends, mutual corruption and other social phenomena and processes. The purpose of research is to ascertain the degree of corruption in customs agencies, the causes and conditions that give rise to it, applied research, and legal challenges against corruption in customs authorities, on the basis of what is planned to develop recommendations on legal measures against corruption in customs agencies, to develop proposals for improving combat this antisocial phenomenon. The results can be used in practical measures to combat and prevent corruption in customs agencies. The theoretical research will be useful for: preparation of anti-corruption regulations, relevant sections of textbooks, and in preparing students Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine and to improve skills of the customs service of Ukraine.
