The aim of the work: the development of formaldehyde - selective analyser based on amperometric electrodes and optimization of sensors analysis protocol for formaldehyde assay of in the various real samples. The aim of the stage for 2012 year: development of the Technical Instruction for the use of experimental sample of formaldehyde amperometric analyser and its metrological evaluation; testing of the experimental sample of formaldehyde analyser on a base of potential customer. The optimization of protocols for chemosensor's and enzymatic methods of formaldehyde analysis in foods has been performed. The suitability of the chemosensor's approach (in a variant of multiple standard additions methods) for use in the food industry for quality control of fish products has been shown. The approbation of the experimental sample of formaldehyde analyser for analysis of the formaldehyde content for in disinfectant "Sanodez forte" on the base of manufacturer was done and a high correlation of obtained results to formaldehyde content declared by manufacturer has been observed. The Technical Instruction for the use of improved experimental sample of amperometric formaldehyde analyser system and its metrological evaluation have been performed.
