The modeling of detection algorithms of heart rhythm disturbance based on the spectral analysis of electocardiography signals within the basis of Fourier and Walsh has been made. The usage of algorithms of quick Walsh transformation enables us to decrease the quantity of calculation expenses and to increase the efficiency of diagnostic features' revealing. The algorithms of a spectral analysis of electric encephalography and electric miography signals with the usage of quick spectral transformation within the Fourier basis have been evolved. A mathematical model of blood circulation in vessels, helping to divide the factors of parameter influence on blood circulation, and to examine the vessels placed between horizontal and vertical postures; and giving the possibility of detecting the additional blood circulation obstacles is under consideration. It has been ascertained that while modeling the blood sampling in the concentrated points, the value of output pressure depends on the position of the point itself. The standardized methods of ultrasonography (OSG) examination of a knee joint have been developed on the basis of modern methods of illness radiation diagnostics. Moreover, main ultrasonography criteria of knee joint structures have been determined. This technique guarantees the revealing of pathology changes, and allows to increase the efficiency of diagnostics. The visualization methods of right ventricle function disorder have been studied. The application of tissue impulse-wave dopplerography technique as a reliable method of quantity estimation of right ventricle systology and diastology functions has been proposed and stipulated.
