The complex of measures for estimation of epidemic process in foci had been elaborated and improved. Real and potential risks of human infecting on endemic territories had been determined. Measures for improving of control system for EDI agents spreading including modern laboratory methods like ELISA, PCR, and sequence analysis had been offered. It was allowed to find out a spectrum of EDI agents and estimate the incidence of morbidity and prevalence of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE), Lyme disease, hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in the Transkarpatian and Kiev oblasts. The genotyping of TBE strains which were isolated in Northwest Black Sea Coast had been conducted. The algorithms of laboratory diagnostics for naturally foci diseases on endemic territories with the using of syndromatic surveillance principles fot EDI are developed.
