The object of studies is organizational and technological solutions for the waterproofing of underground parts of buildings. The purpose of research - theoretical basis and development of organizational and technological solutions aimed at improving the effectiveness of waterproofing of underground parts of buildings and structures, providing a high degree of durability. Established technique for determining water resistance cementitious materials with the use of holographic interferometry. The method for forecasting of waterproof durability depending on the influence of the investigated factors.
