It has a significant weight in social production. Suffice it to note that in developed countries the share of services in GDP is 60-70%. Unfortunately, Ukraine is slightly smaller and is about 40%. Operation market is very promising. New economic revolution led to its successful development, expansion and modification. There have been significant changes in the structure of services. Their implementation will ensure quality systems and weaken existing environmental imbalances in the context of the city. At present, there are certain legal and environmental and economic gaps about the effectiveness of ecological-economic mechanism in the plane enhance environmental management system in the context of environmental services in the region. Therefore, there is enough actual formation of the market of environmental services at the regional level, particularly in the form of "green" economy. The aim of the research work: is to develop recommendations to stimulate growth market for environmental services on the basis of "green" economy in the context of the Odessa area.
