Cost volume of goods and services the country accounted for more than 100% of GDP in 2010. Despite the large number, there is still much room for expansion of foreign trade, which in turn lead to higher economic growth and welfare. Thus, the foreign policy of Ukraine should be aimed at increasing the exchange of goods and services with other countries. Ukraine declared priority task in foreign policy vector FTA with the EU. In 2007 began negotiations on an Association Agreement with the EU, and negotiations on a deep and comprehensive FTA began in 2008. In October 2011 it was announced that the technical conclusion of negotiations on a deep and comprehensive FTA, although the initialling of the ratification of the agreement is questionable, given the challenges faced by partners in the political dialogue. This work aims to help in the analysis of foreign trade relations in agricultural setori with the EU and other countries. The above work is a continuation of work undertaken in the department on a system analysis of the status and trends of export-import operations. Due to the deepening of cooperation with foreign states, international trade, etc. are needed more quickly respond to a particular problem related to international trade, and therefore more promptly and assess the current state of the industry, especially for relations with the EU . Substantial assistance to solve these problems is designed to provide the proposed scientific development. In 2011, developed new modules for databases on four Nomenclature codes and eight codes nomenclature. Specifically, with a database of four characters added new modules to analyze trade in terms of calendar years, as well as marketing the product as a whole, by region or country specific. In a database vosmiznachnyh code added a new module that provides information for a specified period as a whole for all codes or specific group, subgroup or ID on all States that particular region or a particular country.
