Found that the application of external magnetic fields on the initial stage of the formation of the compound is reduced given the contact area between the welded materials, less time specified volume of cast formation zone and, consequently, reduced to 30% energy process. Determined that as a result of the mixing of the melt occurs homogenization metal welded point, and, as a result of positive changes in crystallization process, improving the mechanical properties of compounds decreases their microhardness, increased stability of the process of formation of the weld in the condition of technological disturbances. A one-parametric system of monitoring the process, based on the analysis methods of Artificial Intelligence in welding current waveform for each point. It is for the current waveform shape and a set of energy and technological disturbances that accompany the formation of each weld point. Assessment forms pulse welding current conducted by its first derivative discrete wavelet analysis using Daubechies wavelets.
