An aim of work after ОКР is creation and providing of proof, safe and reliable activity of one of components of the national system of electronic management - Single informative web-resource of appeals of citizens to public and organs of local self-government authorities in accordance with the requirements of operating normatively-legal acts. Methods of development are an analysis of the systems, preparation of project documentation, creation of programmatic-technical complex of pre-production model of the second turn of ЄВР and realization of his preliminary tests. Basic results of development are creation and providing of proof, safe and reliable activity of one of components of the national system of electronic management - Single informative web-resource of appeals of citizens to public and organs of local self-government authorities in accordance with the requirements of operating normatively-legal acts. The results got during implementation of ОКР create grounds for further research of the following questions :it is creation of the applied subsystems and modules of ЄВР; it is completion of creation of програмно- технічного complex of ЄВР and introductions of him in installation and check-out phase; it is providing of technical and technological requirements of cooperation of ЄВР with the systems of electronic circulation of documents of government bodies. Prognosis suppositions about development of object of development are development and ground of suggestions in relation to creation(constructions) of the effective system of grant of state services in an electronic kind with the use of electronic digital signature.
