The stability of flows with respect to different perturbations is studied. Stability of superfluid flow for certain values of the angular moment for both ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic spinor condensates is demonstrated. Resonance amplification of tunneling flow of atomic Bose condensate in three-well potential is investigatd. The proposed model can be used for the development and optimization of parameters of atomic analogue of the transistor device. Two-dimensional fundamental soliton-soliton pairs are investigated in binary mixtures of Bose-Einstein condensates with attractive interactions between atoms of the same type. Both attractive and repulsive interactions between atoms of different types are considered. The general properties of the stationary states are investigated variationally and numerically. The stability regions of the soliton-soliton pairs are determined.
