Dependences of coverages characteristics are obtained for the modes of oxidization and etch. Morphology of surface of the coverages is investigated by the method of electron microscopy. A model is built and the calculations of change of optical descriptions of the nanostructured coverages are conducted in the process of anodic oxidization and at expansion of pores by etching. A programmatic-technical complex, consisting of device for anodic oxidization and device of "Plasmontest" incorporated by a single interface on the PC, is created, that allows to synchronize the processes of oxidization and control of optical descriptions in time. It is shown that single-chain antibodies in composition of created immunocojugate SPA - CBD2 save relating activity and have high indexes of specificity and affineness. Albumen of SPA in composition SPA - CBD2 saves universal immunoglobuline-linking properties in relation to the immunoproteins of different types of animals.
