Purpose of research: to investigate the features of forming of engineering properties of relief taking into account geomorphological and neogeodynamical conditions of Ukraine. The analysis of normative documents, touching the account of relief and it's dynamics in the process of engineering developing of the area is conducted, for providing functioning and protecting of engineering constructions from negative influences. Обоснованы научные подходы к выявлению инженерных свойств рельефа, оценке устойчивости рельефа и его динамичности в связи с антропогенным освоением территории. The scientific approaches concerning discovering of engineering properties of relief, estimation of stability of relief and it's dynamic quality in connection with the anthropogenic developing of the area are grounded. The important role of systemic approach in the process of engineer-geomorphodynamical researches is determined in the context of modern theoretical ideas. A selection on territory of Ukraine relative dynamically stable and unstable natural-anthropogenic geomorphological systems is grounded. Problems are exposed and principles of the engineer-geomorphodynamical districting of Ukraine are grounded. Taking into account the regional features of dynamics of modern relief's formation processes the analysis of geomorphodynamics and neogeodynamics is executed on key areas - in the district of Zaporozhia NPP, on the area of oil pipeline of Artyukhovka-Aanastas'evka, in middle Pridneprov'e.
