The input method of disperse powder in process by loop blowing the melt (LBM), which provides a uniform distribution of particles introduced is proposed. The optimal process pa-rameters modification (particle size and spacing of their variation, the type of particle distribution in the fraction , weight of the modifiers, melt temperature, input method) and effective modifiers of the second kind are developed: for low-carbon steels - TiN, NbN and in lesser degree ZrN and NbC; for cast irons as graphitization modifier - SiC with the addition of TiC or ZrN. Experimental-industrial testing is showed, that the modification with the help dispersed pow-ders (using the optimum technological parameters), at feeding into input through the LBM at the bot-tom casting or flux cored wire in intermediate ladle continuous casting machine by means microstruc-ture refining to increase the all complex of mechanical properties is allowed. In particular, on steel 20 and steel 15GB tensile strength and tensile point yield in 1,3-1,5; relative constriction and percentage elongation in 1,2-1,3; KCV in 1,3-1,6 times; in pig-iron tensile strength at 15-22% and durability the molds from pig-iron in 1,4-2,0 times are increased.
