Purpose - the synthesis of new materials for spintronics with high Curie temperature, finding the most effective mechanisms of magnetic ordering of impurities and to determine the impact of restructuring of the electronic structure of crystals on these mechanisms. Methods of work - a modified vertical Bridgman method to grow new diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMS) based on A4B6, doped with transition and rare-earth elements, the synthesis of layered semiconductor compounds based on A3B6, intercalated with cobalt, in particular, in the magnetic field; the study of the chemical composition using X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) and the crystal structure by X-ray diffraction; building of predictive distribution curves of impurities along the ingots; the study of electric and magnetic properties of the new DMS; electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR); the study of surface nanostructures by atomic force microscopy (AFM); study of the motion of the impurity levels under the influence of ultra-high pressures and low temperatures; the theoretical study of spin transport in systems with spin-orbit interaction. The obtained result is a new class of compounds based on DMS A4B6 and A3B6, promising for use in spintronic devices. We have developed a new method of kinetic equations for the Keldysh functions, which allows to describe the behavior of low-dimensional systems, taking into account the spin direction of the spin-orbit interaction and the spin splitting in the field of magnetic polarization. The mechanism of the current generation and spin relaxation in two-dimensional electron gas with a disordered spin-orbit interaction of the Rashba is investigated.
