Objective: to study and evaluation of a modern system of tolerance towards HIV-positive people in Ukraine. The main task of research: 1)analyze the epidemic situation of HIV in Ukraine; 2) analyze the legal and legislative framework to ensure the rights of children affected by HIV; 3) make the interpretation of the fundamental components of tolerance towards HIV-positive people; 4) define the ways of tolerance towards children who affected by HIV / AIDS Research methods: general scientific methods of analysis legal documents, scientific and technical literature and synthesis of relevant practices. Results: theoretical value is organizing practices in Ukraine and the world to form a tolerant attitude to children affected by HIV / AIDS and to develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of the work. Application: social work in terms of social policy tool, profession, scientific and educational activities, discipline. Practical value due to the possibility of utilization of materials research authorities and public organizations in preparation of professionals and volunteers who work in fighting stigma and discrimination of HIV-infected and AIDS children. Structure of work. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, list of used literature sources. The total work is 72 pages. List of used literature sources containing 40 items.
