One of the necessary conditions for ensuring the quality of social work is to provide professionals who can implement innovative scientific approaches to practical social work. Object of research: - training of social institutions in social work with families, children and youth who are in difficult life conditions. Subject of research: - scientific and methodological providing for the process of training institutions of social support for families of children and youth. Goal of research: - research characteristics of scientific providing of process of training as a factor in the quality of social work regional institutions of social support for families, children and youth in Ukraine. Objectives of the research: • explore modern practical work of social support of families, children and youth; • analyze the training and professional level of social services; • investigate the characteristics of scientific and methodological providing of teaching training for social workers; • develop innovative approaches for professional social institutions. Methods and data collection tools: content analysis of scientific and technical literature on the research topic. Results and novelty: The experience of the institutions of social persuasion, highlights the modern aspects of the specialists who work in such institutions, reveals scientific methods of vocational education as a factor in the quality of social work, developed the modern aspects of the training of specialists in social sphere.
