Conduct a comprehensive study of organizational and legal aspects of the financial and economic relations in agriculture due to the fact that the development of the agricultural sector in the global financial and food crises is one of the strategic priorities of the state policy of Ukraine because it creates the preconditions and opportunities for improvement and market reforms in all sectors of the economy, because Ukraine is largely agrarian country. Agroindustrial complex is crucial in shaping the food resources of the state, providing social needs of the population with food and raw materials processing industry. To develop scientific and methodological approaches and organizational and legal aspects to harmonize existing legislation on financial and economic relations are analyzed existing legal framework of the agrarian legislation of Ukraine. Established that current agricultural legislation of Ukraine is characterized by excessive number of regulations that have varying legal force, scattered agrarian law on legislative and regulatory acts relating to other areas of law, large proportion of institutional regulations, which often conflict with agrarian laws or allow them ambiguous, which in turn affects the practice of law.
