As a result of the Project fulfillment the quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) based chemosensory system of Electronic Nose (EN) type with automated system of analyte injection has been advanced. Operational characteristics of sensoyr system in different working modes (injection, cleaning) have been optimized. Choice of the functionalized calixarenes as sensitive layers for sensor arrays used for pattern recognition (discrimination) of chemical images has been carried out. It was done with the taking into account of the results of chromatographic measurements. R&D outcomes presented can be used under creation of gas sensory systems.
