The new method of prognostication of rolling out of longitudinal surface defects is developed. The complex of new theoretical researches of the three-dimensional tense-deformed state is executed at rolling of high quality profiles in the shaped calibers at the different charts of the uneven distributing of temperature on a section, different modes of deformation and constructions of calibers. Quantitative dependences which describe the deformed state at rolling of P-vivid profiles are first set. New information which explains joint influence of chart of deformation and temperature fields of rolling on the tense-deformed state of metal at rolling in first calibers is got. Concrete recommendations are given on planning of charts of deformation in these calibers. The new laws of the tense-deformed state of metal are first set for modern high-speed rolling mill. Reasons of forming of unfavorable charts of deformation are showed. The new scientifically grounded proposal is formed near planning of calibrations of rollers for of high quality rolling on medium and small profiles.
