The methodology of preparation of the formaldehyde solutions along with calculation of extended ambiguity of their concentrations (№ 924-36-10) was standardized as well as the calibration of the laboratory prototype of the device for operation with the conductometric sensor based on recombinant formaldehyde dehydrogenase and gold interdigitated planar electrodes (№ 977-36-11). The formaldehyde concentration was determined in some real assays (pharmaceutical preparation "Formidron" and commercial preparation of formaline) by the developed conductometric analyzer. It was established that the results obtained are in good correlation with the data determined by the control methods.
