These codes are adapted for usage in grid-environment. Modernization of grid-cluster of IAP NAS of Ukraine with formation of data storage is realized. In the framework of molecular dynamics approach main properties of reconstruction of vacancy ensemble at elevated temperatures are defined. Using the phase field crystals consitions for pattern selection processes in one-component and binary crystal systems under irradiation were found. With the help of Monte-Carlo simulations the influence of magnetic field onto formation of ordered atomic clusters was studied. Considering dynamics of the morphology change in amorphous systems at ion beam sputtering we have found conditions for organization of both flat surface and stationary patterns of nano-size scale.
