Selected six breeding boars semen which to re-test results is suitable for cryopreservation. Held frozen semen from two boars in cryo-vials of 1.5 ml of liquid nitrogen. Sperm activity after the procedure of freezing / thawing was 12.3%. Posed a biological sample on fertilization of thawed sperm 5 sows of Large White breed.
