For the year 2012 the 126868 positions received of 194 SO in low-Earth orbit (LEO), 2598 positions received of 29 SO in geostationary orbit (GEO), 391 position received of 37 SO at medium orbit (MEO) and the 2436 positions of high-orbit SO Spektr-R. By using the results of observation the orbital elements of 183 SO are calculated and obtained 1509 sets of orbital elements. The estimation errors of coordinate observations for each station were performed. SO coordinates obtained from observations, the orbit elements and the comparison results are available on the FTP-server network. Observations of Artemis satellite in geostationary orbit were also conducted. The satellite observations are processed, specifying its coordinates. The equipment was improved.
