New complex plant growth regulators with bioprotective activity are created together with Institute of Microbiology and Virology NAS of Ukraine: Averkom (producer - Streptomyces avermitilis UKM Ас-2179) and its modifications. In field and greenhouse experiments at the wheat, tomatoes, potato and cucumbers plants, treated by these regulators, the considerable decrease in their defeat by parasitic phytonematodes Meloidogyne incognita and Diethylenchus Destructa, as well as increase of productivity of these cultures in the conditions of an infectious background are established: at cucumbers - on 22-26 %, at tomatoes - on 16-62 %, wheat - on 2-16,9 % and a potato - 9,3-12,0 %. By molecular-biological methods in cell-free systems of protein synthesis from wheat sprouts the high level (38-65 %) is confirmed of antinematode silencing activity of small regulatory si/miRNA, isolated from cells of infected by nematodes and treated by complex preparations plants. By DOT-blotting method the considerable difference (6-23 %) is established between populations of si/miRNA and cytoplasm mRNA isolated from cells of treated by complex preparations and control plants.
