The presence in the genome of transgenic rape plants of antinematode dsRNA expression vector is shown by molecular-biological methods, and also a high level of their silencing activity is confirmed, both in the organism of nematode and at the plants infected by them. In laboratory experiments according to physiological indexes the considerable increase of transgene rape plants stability to the root parasitic nematode H.schachtii is shown.
