In particular, using methods of classical and structural bioinformatics the functional role of the plant homologs of animal casein kinases has been estimated and reconstruction of their spatial structure has been done. Using data of molecular docking, analyses of spatial structural complexes and molecular dynamics data the mechanisms and possibility of their interaction with plant microtubules proteins have been estimated. To estimate the functional role of casein kinases in plant cells the characteristic of microtubules organization and orientation in different types of cells (meristematic, epidermal and cortex, root hairs) of all functional zones of Arabidopsis seedlings roots have been investigated after treatment with specific inhibitor of casein kinases.
