The analysis is done of the resistance of the pipeline steels to the corrosion fatigue crack nucleation and growth. Assessment of the additional bending stresses due to the distortion of the pipeline geometry are given for case of elastic bend for underground sections of transit gas pipelines "Urengoy - Pomary - Uzhgorod" and "Progres" of 1007 km long. Criterions of stress state estimations of pipeline are proposed due to internal pressure and bending stresses.
