Aim of work: on the basis of study of character of disorders of the system of haemocolaguation, dyslipidemia, markers of inflammation and research of their connection with the flow of disease and state of the cardiovascular system, to estimate them nosotropic role in forming of vascular pathology for invalids with systemic lupus erhitematosus and to work out going near the differentiated treatment and prophylaxis. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, genetic, instrumental, statistical. First on the basis of complex research of "new" and traditional risk factors for patients with SLE the nosotropic mechanisms of forming of cardiovascular defeats are studied, position is set forth in relation to additivity of combinations of risk factors, well-proven necessity of differentiated pharmacotherapy depending on the "set" of risk factors for a certain patient. It is set that defeat of coronal, cerebral and peripheral arteries, and also parafunction of endothelia, bulge of complex "intima-media" of general carotid, presence АB and the structural-functional changes of myocardium for patients with SLE meet considerably more often than on the whole in the Ukrainian population. It is first set that the Ukrainian population of patients with SLE is characterized high-frequency(38,4%) of origin of hyperhomocysteinemia (HHC), that is associated with age, article, by weight of disease and activity of inflammatory process. A certain deposit of defeat of kidneys and genetic polymorphism is for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) in development of HHC, prevalence of mutation of C677Т is appraised in the gene of 5,10-MTHFR among patients with SLE. It is first set that HHC, as well as mutation of C677Т on the gene of MTHFR, is independent, independent of by dyslipidemia risk of development of cardiovascular damages factors. Prevalence of antiphosphotide syndrome is first appraised in the Ukrainian population of patients with SLE and diagnostic value of connection of levels of antibodies to ?-2-hlicoprotein-1 with the state of the cardiovascular system. The spectrum of thrombophilic violations and certain molecular mechanisms of their forming are first investigational for patients with SLE. The level of rehabilitation potential is studied at patients with SLE and the mechanisms of his forming are certain.
