Basing on simulations using Pythia 8 event generator it is shown that gluon radiation of quarks in the initial and final states of the reactions, and multiple parton interactions significantly affect the observables of considered reactions. Computing reveals that analysis of reactions in which photon is detected simultaneously with pi-mesons jet is an effective way to probe gluon distribution in protons. There were calculated the observables in photon-phi-meson, phi-meson-phi-meson, Xi-baryon-Xi-baryon та Omega-baryon-Omega-baryon pairs production in proton scattering which can be useful for validating the quantum chromodynamics models used for simulation. It is demonstrated that satisfactory correlation with STAR, CDF, ALICE, CMS and LHCb measurement results for pp->phi-meson+X, Xi-baryon+X, Omega-baryon+X reactions is achieved in a wide range of energy with a single set of Pythia 8 parameters , which was modified for this purpose. Computing results are of interest to preparation of new measurements on the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider (RHIC, Brookhaven) and the Large Hadron Collider.
