Defined their recommended assortment and phytovirological state of mother and collectional plantings was estimated. The basic fond of virus free clones of stone fruits was formed. The basic clones for motherfield of stone fruit varieties were selected for area of 1.22 ha, motherfield of seed rootstocks were attested for area of 1.3 ha. Motherfields of vegetative rootstocks (0.3 ha) and stone fruit varietis (0.25 ha) were planted. The analysis of the plum pox virus isolates determined that it belongs to PPV-Dideron strain. Methods of propagation and virus elimination of stone cultures in vitro was improved. Technological requirements for the establishment and maintenance of virus-free field plantings of stone fuit cultures were developed. Complex system of protection of stone fruits and technological regulation for mechanized cultivation of vegetative and seed rootstocks were developed.
