The results of these surveys found that the rate of infection of strawberry nepoviruses is 65.45%. For most typical combination of strawberry plants nepoviruses infection with dominating strawberry ring spot virus (SRSV) and the presence of two other nepoviruses - tomatoes necrotic ring spot virus (TNRSV) - 42,08% and arabis mosaic virus (ArMV) - 23.98%. For strawberry plantings of crop rotation and tillage technology is one of the main critical factors fitovirological risk, which should give special attention to minimize the spread of infections nepoviruses. Improvement infected clones of strawberry cultivation method apical meristems in vitro and their subsequent clonal micropropagation allowed to decrease the concentration of viruses in plants to imperceptible levels of harmfulness and provide output about 80-85% healthy plants. Improving technology clonal micropropagation of strawberry virus-free clones by limiting the number of subcultures and cultivation in culture medium with a low concentration of cytokinins guaranteed to achieve optimal multiplication factor and minimizing the possibility of deviation from the characteristics of the variety. Designed and tested method of acclimatization explants using aquaculture enables rid micro shoots water stress and ensures the preservation of almost 100% of the plants at the final stage of recovery. A nuclear-stock fund of virus-free clones of strawberry, which includes nine Ukrainian (Veselka, Olvia, Rozana Kyivska, Istochnik, Present, Atlantida, Yantarna, Hercules, Prysvyata) and four introduced varieties (Geneva, Selva, Albion, Queen Elizabeth). Spent and recommended the implementation scheme of healthy strawberry planting material, which includes six technical units - selection foundation stock bushes testing of virus, tissue culture, micro shoots rooting, acclimatization and adaptation, laying foundation stock plantations. As a result of comprehensive research carried out requirements and improved technology to the creation and maintenance of foundation stock planting strawberries higher categories quality by optimizing mode power system protection against pests, diseases and adverse environmental factors, monitoring the physiological state of plants, complex machines to perform field operations. Developed production manual for growing strawberry planting material, which includes 21 technological operation. Profitability cells of strawberry essentially depends on the cost of caring for them and quality of mother plants (number formed lips, their length and the number of outlets). High yield of nurcery plants minimize the cost of their harvesting. Calculated that this foundation stock plantation provide a profit of 1 ha - 1255.2 thousend hrivnas and profitability at 35.4%.
