The pulsed diffusion of the trapped particles was studied and it was shown that the free atom can be kept trapped in resonant field under optimal conditions for at least 0.1 s, and the nanoparticles can be kept trapped much longer. The ensemble of atoms can be cooled almost upto Doppler limit in nonresonant field. The performance capabilities of the manipulation of absorbing particles by the laser beam were studied. The trapping of the carbon agglomerates of the size of 5-6 microns was observed using the beam with a first-order screw dislocation. The agglomerates could be moved along two coordinates x and y. The distributed feedback laser based on volume gratings was created using the results of the developed theory of diffraction and amplification of the light waves in reflective lattices. The gratings were obtained by the holographic photopolymerization on polymer nanocomposites containing nanoparticles LaPO4 and the laser dye. The laser has low generation excitation threshold and narrow emission band (0.1 nm) in the excitation energy J/pulse. It can be integrated into optical and range of 0.25 - 1.25 microfluidic chips and can be used in biological and chemical sensors.
