Purpose of research: identification of the synthesis parameters influence such as temperature and annealing time on the formation and characteristics of doped nanopowders that obtained by new synthesis technology, of oxide based nanoscale systems creation based on precipitation technique with the use of the complex physical and chemical treatments at different stages.
