Comparison of the physico-chemical characteristics and catalytic properties of the samples was carried out. The result indicated that Fe-Cu/ZrO2 exhibited higher activity and selectivity in steam reforming of ethanol (SRE), which was attributed to the co-existence of well dispersed copper particles and iron oxide.
